About Lou
Lou has been studying natural healing since 2006, when she first became a licensed massage therapist. Before that, she was a Division I College athlete. She has a deep appreciation for the body and the different approaches that support it. She believes in the power of energy work and the necessity of creating healing spaces. Over the years, she has developed an intuitive, effective and unique massage technique that is both relaxing and transformational. She is a skilled body worker who understands that the body needs different things at different times and honors each clients unique needs for each treatment. She loves music, aviation, the outdoors and travel. She is also a certified breath coach and astrologer at Level Up Academy International.
Treatments
Massages are 50 or 80 minutes by appointment. All treatments include hot towels, warm oil, frequency healing and aromatherapy. Treatments are fully customized to your needs including your desired pressure from light to deep.Add-ons include:

There is a $50 deposit when booking and the remaining treatment cost will be applied automatically at the end of your treatment.
